How do I care for my Fenella Marie costume?

Hand wash your items in warm water using mild detergent. Do not tumble dry, or hang in direct sunlight. To give your garments extended life, wash in the Guppyfriend washing bag.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, shipping is available worldwide. Where possible parcels are always sent with a tracked and signed for service. We cannot be held responsible for delays in shipping whist in transit. The customer is responsible for any customs fees.

How long will it take to receive my order?

All products are made by hand in our small workshop in the south of England. We aim to dispatch items within 1-2 weeks. Shipping times will vary dependent on country and time of year. Bespoke orders take at least eight weeks (excluding shipping times).

Which size should I choose?

Have a look at our size guide. Take your measurements according to the diagram, then find your perfect fit on the chart. If you need any further assistance, do not hesitate to get in touch. 

Do you make bespoke costumes?

Yes! These one-of-a-kind pieces are designed and made bespoke to your requirements and measurements and will be completely unique to you. See our custom costumes page for more information. Deposits on custom made costumes are non-refundable.

What is your returns policy?

Returns will only be accepted if discussed and agreed to prior to returning. Please contact us before you send anything back. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in perfect re-sale condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please make sure you put a note in your parcel stating your name, order number and reason for return. Standard shop items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Customised and custom made items cannot be returned.

An item has sold out, will you be making more? 

Due to the nature of the costumes created, generally once an item is gone, it’s gone. We prefer to keep items limited and special. If you would like to find out if it’s possible to make more of a particular style please contact us.
